What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all countries within the European Community. For all other countries there are shipping costs that will be calculated automatically during check-out.

If I buy multiple items in an order, does the cost of shipping increase?

No, the shipping cost is always the same.

I am a user outside the European Community. Do I have to pay for customs operations?

No, we deliver with DDP-delivery. In the cost of delivery are already charged shipping costs and we take care of customs practices. You will receive the goods comfortably and you will not have to do anything else.

What is the average delivery time?

Standard delivery is within 2-5 working days for all European Community countries. For the other countries the times vary according to the customs operations whose times do not depend on us.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Can I come and personally pick up a purchase from your warehouse?

Yes, it is possible by appointment.

I am not familiar with the web/can't complete the online purchase. What can I do?

Send an email to our customer service store@newitaliashoes.it or a message via whatsapp +39 3791770435, indicating: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, article and size required. 

You will receive a request for payment through Nexi-Pay. The process is very simple. 

Once payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email and your order will be processed.

How long do I have to return the goods?

You can return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package.

Can I exchange a purchased item?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased you can activate the return procedure by entering your Account, click on "Return Product" and follow the instructions. Or contact customer service promptly store@newitaliashoes.it

If available in stock, you can change item/size/color. 

If I throw the tags away can I still return them?

The presence of intact tags is a fundamental requirement for your return to be accepted, so we recommend that you do not throw them away or detach them from the garment, leaving the seal intact. 

Is the return always free?

No. Transport charges for the return are always borne by the person returning the goods.

What are the refund times?

From the day in which we receive the return in our warehouses and perform quality control on the returned goods, we proceed to activate the practice of reimbursement. The refund times are about three working days.
